This website is operated by Sniper W.L.L., a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under CR 55377-11 (VAT registration ), of Shop 2403, Road 66, Block 646, Bldg 1575, Al Nuwaidrat, Estiqlal Highway, Bahrain ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Using the website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or order with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- The details you give us must be accurate and your own. Keep your account password private; you are responsible for orders placed with your account.
- You must not misuse the website, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Products
We take care that product descriptions, photos, sizes and certifications are accurate. Colours can look slightly different on screen, and specifications come from the manufacturers. For safety equipment, choosing a product that suits your hazard, task and the regulations that apply to you is your responsibility - our team is glad to advise before you buy.
4. Prices
- Prices are in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and include VAT where it applies. Prices shown in other currencies are for guidance only; you are always charged in BHD.
- Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
- If a price is shown incorrectly, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Orders
After you place an order we email you an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order; the contract is made when we dispatch the goods or confirm that they are ready for collection. We may decline or cancel an order - for example if an item is out of stock, a price was wrong, or a payment looks fraudulent - and will refund anything you have paid in full.
6. Payment
- Card, BENEFIT and Apple Pay payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Tap Payments, on its own payment page. We never see or store your full card number.
- Bank transfer and cash on delivery are available where offered at checkout.
- An order paid by card that is not paid within the time shown at checkout is cancelled automatically, and the items are released.
- Company accounts and credit terms are subject to a separate written agreement.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Delivery & shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.
8. Loyalty points
Points are earned on paid orders and can be used against future orders once the minimum balance shown in your account is reached. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, are removed when the order they were earned on is refunded, and the programme may be changed or ended with notice on this website.
9. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where one is provided. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect storage or cleaning, or equipment used past its stated service life or expiry date.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
11. Content of the website
The text, design, logos and photos on this website belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission. Brand names belong to their owners.
12. Privacy
How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction. Please contact us first - most problems can be solved quickly.
